📦 SHIPPING: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We aim to ship your order within 5-7 business days (because good things take a little time). Once it’s handed off to the carrier, it’s on its way to your doorstep!
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES: HOW DO THEY WORK?
Sometimes things just don’t work out and we want to help make it right. Here’s the lowdown:

Returns: Decided it's not for you? We get it. You’ve got 7 days from receipt of your order to let us know if you’d like to return something. You can ship it back to us and we’ll issue a store credit for the full purchase amount, and you can use it on anything your heart desires.

Exchanges: Need a different size, or color, or just want to swap for something else? Sure thing! If the replacement item isn't a match in price, you'll either be issued a store credit or get an invoice for the difference.

Defective Items: Uh-oh! If your item arrives with a defect, snap a photo and email us at hello@sashstyle.com. We’ll replace it with the same item (if possible), or offer a refund if replacements aren’t available. We’ll even cover return shipping for defective items.
